China threatens drug exports/REE next?

if semiconductor exports to China from US are blocked, which I believe already is on the horizon. If China goes that far, REE can't be that far behind. In fact, REE would seem to be an intermediate step that still would garner much attention, but wouldn't go to the ethical dimension as would essential and irreplaceable drugs. The world already knows that China has no ethics in a Western sense--for them, all is situational ethics--what is ethical is whatever you need to do to get what you want. I think the world has had it with this spoiled brat, China. They just can't stand it when they're challenged--too accustomed to bullying and extorting to get whatever they want.
