Speaking from experience in dealing with the Chinese in relation to JV's etc, if you are in their country the law seems to protect only them, it does not matter if you have %51+ and more directors they just plain and simple ignore anything you have to say. The plain fact is they will run things their own way and that is just their culture and I for one don't truct or like dealing with them at all. Having said that, ARU & LYC are in Australia and we have a better chance, but knowing our goverment they always seem to pussy foot around and try and please everyone except for their own.
