Its a good fine, but I don't think this is relevant for a few reasons.
1. This talks about restricting payments online, from citizens in the PRC.
- AirPocket sends money TO people in locations like PRC from the USA, AU etc, so pretty much the opposite. So really no impact.
2. Potentially an issue in regards to Money Lending?
- If you dig a little deeper you will see that companies are not allowed to lend money. However they are allowed to act as intermediaries between lenders and borrowers... which is presumably how AirPocket P2P functioning system will work.
Based on links you gave in initial post.
At the moment DCC are only focusing on Latin America/ Caribbean let them accomplish that hurdle first.
We will soon be midway through Q3. Aren't we expecting an Anny in Q3 regard AirPocket.
