Noticed, soon after this announcement there is a sell equivalent to 3+ million per-consolidation at 98c. Wonder if this is tampering or influencing by someone to keep the price down? Obviously all legal on face value?? Could this be seen as non-ethical behavior and possible legal intervention could be imposed if seen as UN-acceptable behavior?
I'm not experienced in the world of tactical trading and would appreciate an understanding?
