Its moving up.
Whoever is buying is trying to accumulate without allowing it to spike too much too quickly.
This is why you see wipes of 1-300k buys and small pissy sells. This has been going on for weeks.
Looks to me now they are getting desperate as there are not many willing sellers.
Understand this is a producing metal mine approaching a time period where the metal market is king.
I do not think may understand this. Just the entities that have been scooping up shares the last few weeks.
Just my opinion.
