Will change dramatically. Massive job loss in the manufacturing and service industries. No more water pumps radiators drive shafts brakes fuel pumps and tanks .no more fuel, coolant, oil. No more servicing as we know it.... this is going to be the end of mechanics (and panel beaters) as they will be smart cars and.won't crash. The connotations are endless. Good thing I'm retired. I would be a dinosaur in the new age....... scary.
