Davo, yes. This is what I meant by Chinese investment in Cameroon. They are also rebuilding Brazaville in Congo. No prize for guessing who the Africans want on board. And my guess is that Sundance is between a rock and a hard place. It looks like the Chinese will get this on their terms. We are dependent on the goodwill of the Africans to a great extent.(apart from the 5 bill capes hurdle which is formidable in itself)
