    Can someone explain the games happening with PNN?

    As soon as you buy at offer, someone sells at bid. When offer was 2.62 this morning, someone sold at bid of 2.50. Then they buy a chunk. they have been accumulating this way, real cheap for the last week.

    Please explain ?
