I guess that is where my broker sourced that story from, but I suspect they also have other sources that confirm behind the scenes activity by the Chinese.

I have to say its absurd that what is basically still a third world country is allowed to amass over a trillion $US via currency manipulation under WTO arrangements and then use that as a weapon of imperialism around the world. It puts all the silly notions taught in western economics of fairness in trade and open markets as pure fiction fit only for western fairies.
