There has been a lot of talk about the rare earths market and the companies are all struggling with developing a solid supply chain that can provide clarity to the users/manufacturers that require rare earths. The pricing of "baskets" is also unstable and does not really provide a good model for compairson's between rare earths companies production capability.
This will get better (IMO) but we need supply chain to be sured up and production stablized to get our S/P back up
