IMO ongoing negotiations between Hunan and Thor are not about the question if Hunan will collaborate with Thor or not but about conditions and details. And even some big points should be probably fixed now ( 50/50 JV; Hunan will finance Molyhil-Capex ..)
Hunan is a big player so I also think that they possibly are looking for more than only Molyhil and therefore might plan additional projects with Thor (remember that in THR-corporate-presentation there are acquisitions mentioned)
