    ..now I've found the whole interfax-article from 21 March about Hunan/Thor at www.minesandcommunities.org

    A Hunan-official from the Investment Planning Department told interfax that Hunan has recently conducted initial talks with Thor ro develop tungsten and molybdenum mines in Australia's NT, but the Compyny has not drafted any plans on how to collaborate with Thor, as the completion of a due diligence assessment is still pending.
