A small note, China's green spending will be 280 billion pounds (not $) ! ..I suspect the "jurassic" decision by Trump will work in favour of the green energy movement, now that China has a clear opportunity to increase their world influence by aligning themselves more closely with Europe, as they are already doing. Trump will leave the US baggaged with an outdated and uncompetitive industrial economy, competing with largely free energy cities (some of which already exist in China) from solar / wind / wave advances .. all good for lithium IMO and the many industries that will use lithium
