DSD to your post you will note that in the past when the POO has gone down by X% the SP of WOR has gone done X+%.
If you suggest that POO went down 4% o/n, I take it as a positive sign that the high correlation between movements in POO & WOR SP has weakened. I would suggest that there are other variables at play such as the potential massive dollars at play in US and China, where WOR is a big player.
A few big contracts, eg a Nuclear plant and this baby goes only one way and that is up.
