They'll still need their iron ore, coal, uranium, oil and all sorts of other things of which they have little. If they're not earning enough foreign dollars (they've been earning too many so far) they won't be able to keep up growth -which, I've just heard on the radio, it's got to be at least 7% to keep up with their own needs.
It's a double-edged sword, cheap labour!
In fact, they have the cheapest, per capita labour on the planet. Millions of them in prison run huge factories for no pay at all; just basic feed. Can't beat "no wages."
