I agree and think that they are being clever and polite in this particular circumstance.By that, I feel
their actions will look as if they are doing what is forced upon them due to the global crisis.An article at "canadianbusiness.com" (just read) claims that they wish to "resist pressure to contribute" to some IMF gloabl rescue
and "ensuring the countries economic stability is the most important step"(China's own).
Kinda "we'd love to help you guys but......."
Anyhow,we are well and truely sucking up now to the worlds larget capitalist communist superpower and witnessing the failure of the worlds largest communist capitalist superpower.Nothing makes sense lately.
I'll just keep polishing those gold ingots for a little bit longer.
