that is incorrect. Net Gain is NOT 'exactly the same'. It appears you can make pretty charts (I agree) but the numbers are wrong.
Also, brokerage and transaction fees are huge as a %. Why not include those to show 'true' numbers - as I have done in all my examples.
Seriously, the buy at close and sell at open thesis is getting soooo boring.
