Ugh sorry for derailing it straight away as frontline information is always valued...but I can't let the rosy eyed view of china be unchallenged, especially since China's current economy position ( http://blog.mpettis.com/2016/01/will-chinas-new-supply-side-reforms-help-china/) could seriously impact the rise of Chinese lithium demand.
China's rise is spectacular because the CCP/Mao/Go4 circus wrecked the entire joint so they started from nothing. DXP is an economic hero because he just decided to stop the bs policies. IMO the fact that China has had this rise despite the bumbling incompetent party officials is testament to the strength of the Chinese people.
Thank the market gods that Chinese lithium demand isn't tied up in the zombie SOEs. At least I hope so...you can never know.
