Good article however as previously mentioned, China does not want to rely solely on just DRC (which currently supplies nearly half the world's cobalt).
To be fair, I only just bought in today at 60 cents, however I have been watching very closely since 30~40 cent levels. There is definitely risk involved but looks like a good risk/reward ratio to me. Will top up a fair bit more if it dips/retrace.
I see at least several bags from here if drilling results are good and previous JORC can be improved. (500,000t @ 0.17% Co, 0.09% Ni and 0.17% Cu) As noted by N27, the lower depth of the mineralised sequence has not yet been defined - so there is definitely still potential. Raw material prices still having a bull run.
