No Malaysia was a purpose designed plant built by Lynas to process Mt Weld ore so we didn't have to depend on China. Due to management, political and processing difficulties it was a tough time for Lynas but with a fair bit of thanks to Amanda Lacaze our current CEO the company pulled through to become the only major RE producer independent of China in the world today.
