All true but Texas was suppose to be done late 2022. Even late 2023 would have been acceptable to me. Now Expenses are soaring and they want a bailout from USG. This may happen but it will take time for it to happen. Do you think they will break ground with out the bailout in place. If USG sees they are proceeding Lynas is much less likely to receive more funds. Meanwhile at MP they turned down USG funds and went to GM. Texas plant is now making metals and starting magnets. GM and MP did not even start till 2022 Lynas said they were all set in the 2025 plan, May 2019, A great Leason in project management. Who you partner with always has a large impact on how you do. Lynas did not understand problems with partnering with USG. To make matters worse they kept changing their goals of what They wanted Texas to do. Changing goals after a project is conceived is always a diester whose final impact is seldom understood when it happens. Very clear at end.
