Think and Look harder. For next two weeks SMM prices will rise because Surpluses have built up in China under restrictions. Now they are shipping lowering the oversupply. Mean while Non China prices have risen substantially as shortage built up in ROW. Shortages that are now being filed by China. In a few weeks this should reach equilibrium and than we can use SMM again. You need to learn a little more about Macro Economics.
