    It will be interesting to see what happens in the future with RE supply and prices. We would have to be prepared to see China do a rinse and repeat, that is restrict supply for political or strategic reasons then wait until alternative supply chains are established (or nearly established) at higher prices then flood the market to disrupt them.

    The one thing that should stay constant is that the US congress has determined that their military will have no, zilch, nada, zero Chinese sourced or processed RE in any of their new equipment from 2027 onwards so at least that should set a decent price for part of the RE market. IMO long contracts with US DOD suppliers will be quite desirable for the future stability of Lynas.
