'It’s behind a firewall but The Australian is reporting the Chinese are paying up to USD217 per tonne for premium coking coal. I expect the Chinese to dig their heels in and ban Aussie coal for the foreseeable future. Canadian coal is already taking up the slack. Saying that, I’m not sure why these events haven’t been reflected in the JAL share price. Our BFS was based on a premium coking coal price of USD164 per tonne. I realise the EA is taking longer than it takes to finish a PhD but JAL seems to be using a sophisticated Klingon cloaking device.'
