how it works,hypothetical,fungwa mining co signs a deal with ozzie mining to prove there is 50 mil tonnes of iron ore,it is proved,they sign a memorandum of understanding or contract for 2mil tonnes per year at the price they agree on,its up to them,that leaves no reason why fungwa cant use there minin equipment to remove it,price is allready agreed upon
