Tariffs will remain on all US vital industries - steel, aluminium, cars etc. All needed for production in time of War.

Some sort of a deal on Rare Earths.

10% base load tariff on everything else.

Everybody relinquishes their nuclear weapons.

A FTA (10% is free to him) with Canada and Mexico that excludes the 'vital' industries.
