it is a simple conclusion to draw !
do we not have people that 'know' Oz market well and they are of persuasion that it will NEVER fall ?
so...if aussies can be SO wrong about their own market why couple of chinese investors couldn't be even MORE wrong and pay ever more for a 'priviledge' of becoming a part of that market ?
quite frankly, it is nowhere near as naive.
at least they have an excuse of being FOREIGN to the market !
