Firsova, Apologies, It looks like I have inadvertantly given misguided information.
I have just googled "poison pill" and it more relates to the option for current shareholders to purchase discounted shares in the event of a hostile take over.
I know I did look into it after the AGM but obviously didnt take enough notice of the implementation, so apologies for the misinformation.
Regardless, there are mechanisms in place to avoid or discourage a hostile takeover.
