How many other MOU's do ECT have that have not been announced? They kept this one quiet for 4 months. Hopefully they are holding lots of other cards close to their chest.
Also how much brown coal does inner Mongolia have that can be turned into BCE and allow the region to once again be a net exporter of coal.
