You really are the optimist , a great quality , but there is in my opinion zero chance of MHM taking up in China , not even a 1% hope .
They simply do not have the relationships with the Chinese government , they have poor record of delivery , very little cash , no experience in the region , no IP , and the list goes on .
The balance sheet is being supported by tax losses they will never be able to use, a property in USA that could not be sold for more than 10 years so is difficult to cash , and a cash requirement to complete work they have already been paid for
Time shareholders called for a change of direction before it is to late and the receivers come in .
