Forsova is correct , this company has no experience in China and little understanding of the aluminium industry . It takes more than being able to speak the national language to be the type of contact that is required to be successful . I do agree they could use some help but first they need help fixing the process . I also agree with your assessment of the previous management , though I think you are being 'kind' .
I cannot however agree with you when you say the property could be quickly sold . It is in an area that is struggling and it lay idle for a decade . MHM does not have a cash debt but has liabilities both in the stockpiled material waiting to be processed and material that is partly processed , also contaminated brine and unsaleable Al80 made by FR etc . Have seriously large liabilities .
A cash raising sure , but which institutions are you suggesting are going to kick in ?? The ones that are already investing in this company ? A million would be a very good result I would have thought . No money from this little black duck .
The present management certainly does need to settle the IP ownership , they really can't do anything until that is sorted .
They do need help in a number of areas otherwise Firsova's receivers may not be far away .
