    But worst case scenario we lose them. The work in developing relationships in the china and elsewhere cannot be easily replicated nor done overnight by a competitor.

    I can't see how it would greatly effect their business of the short and medium term. PHK also transforming into a full service provider which also takes away the potential impact if patents were lost
