I’m afraid the very definition of being wrong about whether a company is a good investment is when others don’t agree the issue you raise was important and the share price goes bananas when you advocate not buying.
The patent is an issue of interest, but it’s obviously way less important than you thought it was at 3c and probably not much more important now.
