The current application is for a slurry or formulation of the Phoslock technology. It's a twist of lemon, typical greening of earlier patented technology. Phoslock has been manufactured in China for almost a decade. The original company was closed down. The problem being that trade secrets are readily sold in China and new companies begin manufacturing legally or illegally, wherever a buck can be made. Phoslock Co. may already be competing against their own product in China.
