something doesnt look right .. think you should be dividing rather than multiplying the exchange rate when converting US$ to A$ … at 0.70 fx it means A$1 = US$ 0.70 or US$1 = A$ 1.42857
hence at 0.73 FX rate, we get less A$ for our US$ ie US$1 = A$ 1.36986
so higher A$ rate gives us less profit if our revenue is in US$ .
