Not sure what you are saying the funds for MP are to help them establish their own processing, so product no longer has to be sent to China. They are not general support $ just like Lynas they are for construction of new facilities and only help MP to establish US based processing facilities. I am short MP with puts but your statements make no sense to me at all.
