Whatever it is, what ever the Chinese government does is primarily for the Chinese economy and if the rest of the world receives any flow-on benefits, so be it. And, I would add, fair enough.
You don't think whatever economic policies the Americans put in place are for the benefits of the world, do you ? Of course not.
