This is the final conclusion:
Note that the Vietnam material (and Thai too I believe) is tolled to metals there primarily for ROW magnets.
So over this period China takes all of the SEG and some proportion of the NdPr. The proportion of NdPr into China would have been well under 33% since nearly all the product value is in NdPr and SEG.
I'd have to check back over the conference calls to nail a source but I'm pretty sure AL has informed us that very little Lynas NdPr ends up in China these days.
