I understand that SEG volumes are comparatively very small, and this is reflected in the projected volumes of HRE in Texas.
How is the large volume going to China accounted for?
To be honest, my impression is that this market isn't rapidly evolving, rather it is expected to be and overdue at that.
A source of more up to date information than I've cited would be much appreciated.
