SS, the way I understand it, Lynas sells to non Chinese customers who are based outside China and have their operations outside China. They also sell to non Chinese customers who have their operations inside China. In addition they sell to some quality Chinese customers inside China. All SEG sales currently head to China for processing. Hope this helps.
