Three problems with your "Facts", TJ.
1. There is absolutely no obligation on SYR to reveal precise details of the MOU with Chinalco, or any other MOU for that matter. Most of the contents would almost certainly be rightly regarded as confidential.
2. The Quarterly did not "suggest" that the supply was to be on a per annum basis. The Quarterly Report, an official document released through the ASX, specifically stated:
"The proposed offtake is for 80,000 - 100,000 tonnes of graphite per annum"
3. The statement on the website, despite not specifically stating that the MOU is on a per annum basis, certainly does not EXCLUDE a per annum arrangement, as Tobyjack claims.
