the fact is very simple : OZL need fund to save itself, and a Chinese firm has the money to offer (and the only bidder so far).

If our banks has (and would like to lend) the money, then OZL shareholders won't need banking on the Chinese offer.

Now tell me what if Chinese firm withdraw its offer?
