China's deflation fears increase as CPI pace slows

Quoting:
"The latest data came a day after China revealed exports fell for the first time in more than seven years in November while imports dropped sharply.
The worse-than-expected trade figures came after other data yesterday pointed to the potential for deflation and a housing bust in the world's fourth-largest economy."
A "Housing Bust" will negatively impact the demand for IO & the price of IO come april '09. Could we be looking at a worse case scenario of 50+% reduction in the price of IO?
