yeah i dont think anyone will load up.
you either already in and betting on a t/o by ENN or some magic by OPEC (doubtful).
or you get out. ASX not helping much today however.
If out then I think there are better options then STO to get a 20% rtn from here with far less risk and not subject to or reliant on an event such as t/o happening.
as they say timing is everything - only problem no crystal ball.
