i've heard sino and mitsubishi hate each other with a passion in the mid west so not much chance there. pdy closer to china and sino has tenements next door to pdy. possible future chance there. but sino was also burned by paying the highest price ever for the midwest corp assets and i imagine a few managers were put against the wall for that one, so sino would be more cautious next time.
