That fits to the Industry Figure for recent Total Natural Graphite being 1.4 mil tonnes with 450kts being Flake [Fine or Coarse] remainder 700kts being Amorphous.
I think some current Supply of FLAKE comes from Madagascar , but only about 40kts?
Anyhow you seem to be "inferring" mainholm that the Dragon is "after" these 400kts in Mou/BoAs etc to replace pretty much All of their 'non amorphous' production and then some. Controversial, hey? send an @HappyCats to get some other POV.
