Interesting sentence - SDL have been incapable of stitching up JV Partners, but HL will IMO achieve this goal. Seems like there could have been a deliberate strategy by China and associated Chinese suitors to not engage directly with SDL on a JV as they could have it all to themselves. The reality is money talks, and no other party has been willing to stump up the funding for SDL, so do we just accept and move on, as there are many opportunities out there?
