Ofcourse its worth more than 45c especially to a very keen buyer. Can you imagine after all this , hanlong dropping the deal because shareholders want a more " reasonable" price . The chinese set the precedent on "reasonable price", cant see why it cant work both ways , especially when you have keen buyer.
