Yes I got the same email but ignored it.Just looked at it briefly now as I am working and will take a better look tonight.But what he is saying is to get in now while it is so cheap and mentioned that it is a risk and it is still unknown if they will get the lease back but mentions that there is a very high chance and goes on to say if we get the lease back over the next 2 years AVQ could be the next Sirius or even much better.
I will study the email better tonight as I don't have time now.
Here's hoping.
