Aiyingdao and WHA are now indirectly related parties as Mason are the common shareholder of both.
Last year, Aiyingdao sold 38m tins of infant formulas over eight brands in about 800 stores.
Aiyingdao had +1,200 stores as reported last month, Had been injected with CNY500m ($100m) to expand their business with a five year target of opening 3,000 stores). Their selling infant formula brands are to reduce from last year's 8 to 4 or 5, WHA will the only Australian brand, compared with current six brands listed on Aiyingdao website, WHA formula price is very competitive, assuming only 10% on last year's base, still 3.8m tins, well above A$60m/year revenue attributable to WHA.
That's my ballpark figure based on my research.
